Our gymnastics programs range from pre-school to competitive teams. We start with our pre schoolers ages 2-4. The bunnies as we call them learn very basic tumbling, floor, vault and beam moves to improve hand eye coordination and motor skills. All equipment is scaled down for the age. Moms (and dads) can help and be a part of the class. Tumble Bunnies is open to Boys and Girls.
Supertots is the next step up. Boys and Girls ages 4-5 comprise this energetic group of future gymnast. Students continue to improve on their tumbling, floor, vault and beam.
Recreation gymnastics is broken down into 6 areas and is geared for ages 6 and up. These young athletes can start in the novice class for recreation gymnastics and work their way to the elite level. If the gymnast desires they can test out to level 4 pre team and start their career as a competitive gymnast. If they do not wish to compete they may stay in a recreation or take their new gymnastic abilities and apply them to cheerleading.
Pre-Team gymnastics is where the real work begins. Gymnast in this class will learn the level 4 compulsory routines necessary to compete the the team.
The Team: Once you are invited to join the team you will be traveling and competing all over the state of Maryland. Mom, Dad and the whole family can come and watch as you compete against teams from around the state.
